Humans are designed for action! Too long we lived in forest, and other dangerous surroundings. This means that during evolution, our bodies adapted to every day’s physical activity. But, we don’t live in the forest any more, and our actions are related to the computer and offices. Only a low number of people are physically active, and even the lower number is exercising! Many people are saying that the lack of time or money, are the biggest reason why they don’t exercise. This is not truth! Exercising at the gym is more than useful, but it is not necessary. The simplest exercises can be the best! And one of the bets is walking.
Although, we don’t consider walking as exercise, it is! And, it is one of the best exercises you can find! You really go somewhere, so it is not boring, you don’t need to pay, you don’t need special equipment and it is not hard. On the other side, benefits of walking are immense! One study found that people who are walking every day, no more than 2 miles, live longer and lower the risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease! An average American move only 2000 steps per day, this is equally on 1 mile. Moving 5000-6000 steps every day will give you better health! If you want to lose weight, you can. All you need to do is to move between 8000-10.000 steps every day.

Walking across the forest or the beautiful landscape, will reduce stress and make you happier! Walking promotes better blood circulation, which means your brain gets more oxygen, so you can think waster.
