“ Exercise “For Lazy People

This is the good news for anyone who is too lazy to work out. This is some sort of exercise, but let’s be honest not as hard as typical work out can be.
This routine combines cardio exercises with your strength, and it helps you to burn more calories and tones your muscles, and what is even better, you don’t need any kind of equipment, just wear something comfortable and the city/town will become your gym.
Here’s the schedule:
First week: Monday – take a walk for fifteen minutes
                 Tuesday – take a walk for sixteen minutes and do fifteen squats
                 Wednesday – take a walk for seventeen minutes
                 Thursday – This is the day for your resting
                 Friday – You should take a walk for eighteen minutes and for thirty seconds you should be in a position for pushups, simply lean on your elbows
                 Saturday – Take a walk for nineteen minutes
                 Sunday – Take a walk for twenty minutes, or if you cannot do it at once, then take a walk two times for ten minutes
Second week: Monday – Take a walk for 21 minutes and do 10 pushups against the wall
                     Tuesday – Take a walk for 22 minutes and do 20 times calf raise
                     Wednesday – Take a walk for 23 minutes
                     Thursday – This is the day for your resting
                     Friday – Take a walk for 24 minutes and 15 squats
                     Saturday – Take a walk for 25 minutes
                     Sunday – Take a walk for 26 minutes and for 45 seconds you should be in a position for squats and like we already said lean on your elbows
